Singling Out Erroneous Ways of Thinking About Single One Time Events

I wish to single out some erroneous ways of thinking about single events and single observations.

Would you agree with me that a single ‘sneeze’ does not necessarily mean that a person has allergies or is coming down with a cold?

If so, I’m sure you’d also agree with me that:

The finding of a single ‘miniaturized hair’ does not necessarily mean that a patient has androgenetic alopecia.

The finding of a single ‘exclamation mark hair’ does not necessarily mean that a patient has alopecia areata.

The finding of a single hair with ‘perifollicular scale’ does not necessarily mean that a patient has lichen planopilaris.

The finding of a single ‘lonely hair’ does not necessarily mean that a patient has frontal fibrosing alopecia.
